Bellevue Residence

Nestled on a steep slope in Bellevue, this home opens to panoramic views of the Cougar Mountain and floods light into the space. We sought to create a bold and dramatic space, yet highly comfortable and livable. To achieve this, we thoughtfully layered old and new furnishings to create balance and comfort in the home. Dappled light through open weave drapery in front of large sliding glass doors extending the sense of interior to the outdoors and soften the afternoon westerly light into the living room.

The open great room connects living, dining, kitchen and media rooms with accents of color, texture and custom furnishings. This home features the first Dead City Pendants designed by our studio and set us down a road of designing custom lighting, hardware, and materials for our future clients.
