We ship with recyclable paper materials. We encourage you to reuse as much as you can and recycle as often as possible.

How do I care for and clean my item?
Dust regularly and wipe with a soft dry or damp cloth as needed. Avoid all abrasive or chemical cleaning products.

How do I place an order?
Mutuus Made Objects and Lighting are available for purchase through our ecommerce website and can be viewed in person by appointment at our Studio in the Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. If you are looking for options beyond what is available online, please reach out to shop@mutuus-studio.com to start a conversation.
What is your production process?
Mutuus Made Objects are designed by our creative director, Saul Becker, and are either produced in small runs by our artisanal team or are created by Saul himself as one-of-a-kind art pieces.
Mutuus Made Lighting is made to order. Once your order is paid in full and you receive an email confirmation, it enters our production queue and is processed in the order of receipt. All orders are assembled by hand by our small artisanal production team; therefore, we are unable to rush orders at this time.
General lead times are 12-14 weeks and updates are posted in the individual product page.
All sales are final including samples, regular inventory and customizations.
Do you create custom work?
Yes, we love to develop custom pieces. Please reach out to shop@mutuus-studio.com to start a conversation.
Do you offer 3D drawings of your fixtures?
We currently do not have 3D files available.
Do you have technical data and cut sheets?
Yes, cut sheets with technical data and installation guides can be downloaded from each lighting product page.
Do you have finish samples?
Yes, Mutuus Made has finish samples available for download or purchase within the lighting section of the webshop. Please note, digital representation of materials and finishes may vary due to screen settings and color representation.
Are your fixtures UL listed?
Yes, all our fixtures are UL listed.
How do I buy bulbs?
Each fixture is sold with the bulb included. Replacement bulbs are listed online and on the cutsheet and should be available at any well-stocked hardware store or bulb supplier.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We encourage you to inspect all parcels within 24 hours of delivery. Damaged items must be documented with photographs, remain at the initial delivery location and be reported to shop@mutuus-studio.com within 3 days of receipt.
If damage occurred due to shipping, all shipping material must be documented with photographs and retained by the receiver.
Contact shop@mutuus-studio.com with supporting documentation to report damage.
Do you offer a warranty?
A one-year warranty is offered for all lighting fixtures beginning at the time of receipt. If a fixture fails due to workmanship or defective materials, Mutuus Made will either repair or replace the item. Mutuus Made is not responsible for damage or failure due to shipping, mishandling, improper wattage bulb usage, improper cleaning method or cleaning solutions, improper installation or assembly. Objects are not under warranty.
